Standard of Fees
1. Consultation
- Drafting of legal letters, consultation, etc.: KRW 330,000 per hour
(The above fee can be adjusted based on a mutual agreement with clients depending on the content of the issue concerned, level of difficulty of the issues, etc.)
2. Litigations
1) Civil or administrative litigations
- Representation fee: KRW 7,700,000
(The above fee can be adjusted based on a mutual agreement with clients depending on the amount of the claim, level of difficulty of the issues, the amount of related documents, whether there are other relevant cases, etc.)

- Out-of-office expenses: Additional expenses can be incurred per hour if an attorney needs to visit outside places to attend trials, gather evidence, etc.
